Buy a plan, get the lessons. Monthly and Annual plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Single unit purchases are final, because a unit can be watched in a weekend. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The lessons are for you, not for copying, recording, or sharing.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Virtually There Teaching website and video lessons (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Virtually There Teaching provides on-demand AP and Honors Chemistry video lessons and related educational materials for your personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or remove lessons and features over time. We will not remove a unit you have active paid access to before that access period ends.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing your login is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access being suspended.
Plans, billing, and renewals
We offer three kinds of paid access:
- Annual membership. Full access to every unit, billed once a year and renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Monthly membership. Full access to every unit, billed once a month and renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Single unit access. A one-time payment for one unit. Access lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and does not renew.
By purchasing a membership you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout. If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies only to billing periods after we have given you notice.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
Cancellations, refunds, and our guarantee
Cancelling. You can cancel a Monthly or Annual membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate the unused part of that period.
The 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Monthly or Annual membership, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. To claim it, contact us through the contact page or by email before the 30 days are up.
Single unit purchases are final. The 30 day guarantee does not apply to single unit purchases, because a single unit can be watched in full within the access period. Single unit payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a technical fault on our side prevented you from watching the lessons. If something on our end stopped you from getting what you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
Free preview. The first two videos of each unit are free to watch before you buy, so you can judge the teaching style before spending anything.
What you may and may not do
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to watch the lessons for your own education for as long as your access is active.
You may not copy, download, screen record, re-upload, stream to others, resell, publicly display, or redistribute any part of the Service. You may not share your account or your login with anyone else. You may not use the lessons to build or train a competing product or service, including an automated or machine learning system. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with its security.
Taking notes for your own study is fine and encouraged. Redistributing our video, audio, or written materials is not.
Intellectual property
All lessons, videos, text, graphics, problem sets, and other materials in the Service are owned by Virtually There Teaching or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
Educational disclaimer
Our lessons are educational resources meant to support your learning. They are not a substitute for your school course, and we do not guarantee any particular exam score, grade, or academic outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how much work you put in.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. Video playback depends on your internet connection and your device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtually There Teaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, share your account, or misuse the Service. If we end your access for a breach, we are not required to refund the remainder of your period. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your membership and closing your account.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
